Behavior Rehabilitation (Board & Train)
Training your dog's mind and empowering dog owners.
The most un-taught thing with training dogs is teaching dogs how to cope in situations of feeling fearful and anxious. These two things can be the root of dogs becoming fearful, anxious, reactive, and/or aggressive. We focus on training the mind of dogs and training humans how to read their dog’s mind and behavior.
This is a carefully designed program fit for every dog. We have programs from advanced obedience, to behavior rehabilitation; we’ve cultivated our programs to train dogs and their owners. Common issues we help rehabilitate are basic obedience, leash pulling, poor recall, as well as issues correlating with more severe issues of fear, anxiety, and aggression.
Pack AMO is built on honesty and transparency.
While working with living beings, we believe promising 100% turnaround is unethical, as every puppy has its own special personality, as well as free will. That being said, we put our all into our work. We will give our best recommendation on the program that fits your pup and family best, as well as being there every step of the way for you and your dog. Weekly videos show how your pooch is paving the path of its progression. We will also begin teaching you the exercises we are doing with your dog to help ensure greater success when they return home.
Why a Board and Train?
Board and Train (B&T) is designed to rehabilitate problematic dog behaviors that take more than just private training sessions. When considering doing a B&T, pick a program for your dog you think will benefit them the most. We work dogs 4-8 hours a day 6 days a week giving your pup at least 1 off day to play and socialize with mentor dogs.
We encourage you to ask us any questions you may have along the way. At the end of every program, there will be an outgoing session. Outgoing sessions may vary and could be a two-day process of 1-3 hours each day or as short as 1-3 hours, depending on what we have curated for you and your furry family member.
COST
The Admission Fee (Consultation Session) for entering our program is $100, and is non-refundable. Payment for each program is due at the time of final booking agreement & confirmation.
4 Week Training Program: $4000
The Four-week Basic Obedience students get a head start on obedience from a professional. This expedited training is ideal for dogs and owners that need help with walking, manners, and minor reactivity issues that would like their dogs to gain more confidence and better listening skills.
6 Week Training Program: $6000
(Stubborn Dogs, Beware!) This particular program may vary depending on what owners would like to work on - we will start with the same base as basic obedience but add in issues that each owner is the most concerned about. This program is curated with our clients in mind. This also happens to be our most booked board and train. This is best for dogs with social issues. Perfect Program if your dog has trouble with walking, listening issues, reactivity, and minor social issues.
8 Week Training Program: $8000
This is a more advanced program. It fits best for dogs with social issues as well as dogs showing dog aggression, dog reactivity, and dogs who have a low bite history. Perfect Program if you have trouble with walking, listening issues, social issues or anxiety and recall. We promise excellent recall, walking manners, and promise you would be able to take your dog out in public.
12 Week Training Program: $11500
This program is the best fit for dogs with severe cases. The dog that qualifies for this program may have a multiple bite history (with humans and dogs). This also is best suited for dogs with severe reactivity, poor leash manners, severe human, dog, and food aggression, as well as issues with possessiveness.
Additional Week(s) Program: $1000/Week
What we call a "Refresher Course." This Program is offered to former clients who have been through any of our training programs. We do accept new dogs in this program who don't exhibit dog aggression wanting to accomplish a head start on basic obedience and or walking manners.
